As a first-year student in the Physiotherapy Technology Program, I have long aspired to help others overcome physical challenges and live healthier lives. Since moving to Canada as a Syrian immigrant, I have faced numerous obstacles, including adjusting to a new language and culture. This award is incredibly meaningful to me as it alleviates some financial pressure, allowing me to fully focus on my studies and community involvement. With this support, I feel empowered to continue my educational journey and pursue my goal of making a positive impact in my field.
