Sofia Marie Paredes Seminario

As a foreign student, pursuing a career in 3D animation & CGI has been a goal of mine for as long as I can remember. Moving to Canada for that purpose has been, and still is, a journey with highs and lows. Receiving this award represents not only financial support but also a validation of my hard work and dedication. This recognition will allow me to concentrate on my education and seek opportunities that will enhance my development as an artist, both personally and professionally. Not only do I envision building a successful career for myself, but I also aspire to support my family financially as a first-generation immigrant. By improving my skills and embracing challenges, I am confident that I can achieve these objectives, make my parents proud, all while having a positive impact on my future and that of my loved ones.
