Computer Science Technology

I am very proud to have been selected to receive this award. It is a validation of the hard work I put in and the time I spent on my courses. I am grateful to my teachers, and to Dawson College, for my acceptance into the Computer Science program and for providing me with a professional education. I hoped to have demonstrated the effort and the qualities of my work ethic throughout the program. I see this award as a reflection of these strengths, and I intend to maintain them in my future endeavors.

Awarded to the student who achieves the highest overall average upon graduation from a diploma-level, post-secondary program. The Governor General’s Academic Medal was first awarded in 1873 by the Earl of Dufferin, and has since become one of the most prestigious awards that a student in a Canadian educational institution can receive.
