Candice Weijia Zhong
It is a great honour, and I appreciate my community leadership being recognized. Although, I could not have acquired the leadership without collaborating with other like-minded people. I learned so much from my colleagues in the DSU, Technovation girls, cadets and other change-makers throughout my involvements and initiatives. I hope that more youth can get involved in communities and learn through experiences outside of their academic curriculum. Beyond being grateful, I am excited to join other scholars in our mission to create further positive impacts!
