For career-counselling appointments, priority will be given to students applying to university or those thinking of doing a program change.

Individual appointments

Appointments can be made in person at the Career Resource Centre (Room 6D.05) or via our email crc@dawsoncollege.qc.ca 

In your email, please include: 

• Your name 
• Student ID number 
• The program and semester you are currently in 
• Your questions or concerns 
• Your general availabilities 

Once we offer an appointment, if it’s not confirmed by the student within 48 hours, that time slot will not be held for them. 

**Please note, appointments will be automatically cancelled if the student is fifteen minutes late and has not notified us.** 

Drop-ins

No appointment necessary. For students with general questions. Active during the school year (Fall and Winter semesters).

Every Monday from 1300-1400, Wednesday 1100-1200 and Friday from 1000-1100. 

During October drop-in times will be extended on these dates:

      • Friday, October 18^th from 10 a.m. -12 p.m.
      • Friday, October 25^th from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
      • Monday, October 28^th from 1 – 3 p.m.
      • Wednesday, October 30^th from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
      • Friday, November 1^st 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

No set times during summer, but we are open during that time, please check posted hours on either omnivox or department bulletin boards (in front of library & outside 6D.05).
