Applied Research as a Mechanism for Creating Innovative Methods for Knowledge Transfer

Applied Community Based Participatory Research with a Phenomenological approach was used to create unique indigenized learning and training tools for professional and community use. In this conference we will present the awareness and training tools that we have organized into an interactive website. The goal of these tools is to share an emerging indigenized understanding of disability and to promote social and professional inclusion of Indigenous people with disabilities in First Nations across Quebec.
