Since the beginning of our project, the FJS hub has worked with partners to host, document, and provide feedback on a variety of issues related to food justice and sustainability in Montreal. See the sidebar for reports from our events. Some highlights:

• A consultation with Dawson students and community organizations in partnership with Food Secure Canada to provide feedback on Canada’s Food Policy.
• A workshop on data analysis and mapping initiatives in Montreal to support organizations’ efforts to document the activities in the local food systems.
• A consultation and discussion in partnership with Montreal Food Policy council network on its governance and, specifically, on local-regional representation in its structure before its launch in the fall of 2018.
