The Professional Theatre Department welcomes you to attend Masques, performed by the graduating students this Friday. Director Jude Beny describes Masques as "a buffet of theatrical shenanigans, comic and contemplative, but always edgy."

Theatre student Fanny Dvorkin’s work to be broadcast Thursday

Congratulations to second year Professional Theatre student Fanny Dvorkin. Fanny is the recipient of a $500 ART APART award from the National Theatre School of Canada. Her project will be broadcast on the NTS website and Facebook page on Thursday, May 7. Her filmed performance focuses on the isolation caused by COVID-19, while exploring the notion of gender in a private world.
Watch and vote for three Dawson students in singing competition April 27

Dawson was to have hosted the 2020 Intercollegiate Unplugged Singing Competition on April 27.
The competition has moved online and everyone can join a Facebook Watch Party this coming Monday at 7 p.m.on the Campus Life and Leadership Facebook page.
Three Dawson students are finalists in the competition: Jeanne Brabant, Jesse Caruso, and Aaron Patrick Dalangin. Viewers can vote for their favourite performance, along with three local celebrity judges.
