DALC turns 10 and Dawson will celebrate when possible
In 2022, the Dawson Active Learning Community (DALC) is celebrating their 10th anniversary of promoting active learning pedagogy. DALC has shared their knowledge with peers at Dawson College, the SALTISE Conference and network, the CEGEP network and educators interested in active learning around North America.
Over 100 Dawson faculty members belong to DALC. Active learning is a proven pedagogy that transforms students and teachers. It fosters deeper learning and its benefits are proven by research.
It is expected that Dawson will be able to celebrate the 10th anniversary of DALC and the beginning of vibrant Communities of Practice sometime during the course of 2022 when possible.
