Come meet our new Academic Dean

Now that I have had some time to settle into my position as Academic Dean, I would like to create opportunities to hear from members of the community. Starting the week of 27 February, I will hold informal meetings with the Dawson community and I invite you to join me and share your thoughts and ideas on academic matters.

The first meeting will take place on Monday, February 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (5B.13 Boardroom). This will be a brown-bag lunch, but drinks will be available. A second meeting will take place on Thursday, March 2, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. (7C.5 Rose Lounge). Drinks will be served.

These first two meetings will be open to any academic topic. On later occasions, the discussions will address specific themes of interest to the community.

I look forward to the opportunity of hearing from you on February 27 or March 2. While I hope you will be able to attend, if you are unable to, I intend to hold regular meetings during the semester.
