Week 4 of Dawson Homebody
The Homebody program is an initiative from your Physical Education Department. For the month of April, we will be sharing weekly workouts as well as some other health related information. We totally understand that it can be hard to complete physical movement every day. Everyone is trying to adjust to the new ‘normal’. Now that classes are back on, it seems even less feasible to be active.
Don’t panic. We will be providing you with workouts that are tailored for all levels and can be completed at home with no equipment. All you need is your body and 25 minutes. Feel free to complete either of the workouts every day to help keep you active and moving while at home. Also, don’t forget to get outside for those walks. Keep moving!

The second portion of this week’s Homebody is a little deeper dive into meditation.
One of our Physical Education teachers, Nicole Jones, is guiding you through a 10-minute meditation and shake out session.

What’s really required (more than ever) during this chaotic time is more “dropping in” to our own feelings, intuition and our own inner knowing.
