Winter biking workshop Oct. 28

The Federal Government has announced that the Jacques Cartier Bridge will be open for the first time to winter cyclists this year. This and an ongoing commitment from the City to plough the “route blanche” bicycle path network make this year an exceptional one to start winter biking.
