  • Ministerial Prescriptions This document provides a technical tool for colleges to ensure that local program development complies with ministry requirements.
  • College Education Regulations (Réglement 4) C-29, r. 4 is a regulatory framework established in Quebec that governs the administration and structure of college education in the province.
  • General and Vocational Colleges Act The act outlines the framework for the organization, administration, and governance of general and vocational colleges in Quebec. It provides the legal basis for the operation of CEGEPs, which offer both pre-university and technical programs.
  • Policy on the Design of Programs and Courses This policy formalizes the College’s requirements for program and course design.
  • Institutional Program Evaluation Policy This policy establishes the framework for evaluating Dawson’s DEC and AEC programs as per the requirements of Article 24 of the College Education Regulations (chapter C-29, r. 4)
