  • Zoom is a web-based videoconferencing platform. It is now becoming the standard videoconference tool at Dawson. This workshop will show you the basics of using Zoom and its main tools.

  • This workshop will show you how to make your courses more interactive in Moodle. Create videos that are punctuated with questions, fill-in-the blank activities, ‘hotspots’ on maps or images, interactive timelines, dictation with instant feedback, virtual interactive tours, and many other ideas. H5P empowers everyone to create rich and interactive web experiences that are embedded in your Moodle course. Come to explore what you can do with it.

  • Moodle has different tools for assessment. This workshop will show you how to use Moodle features to assess and give feedback to your students. This is a hands-on workshop, where teachers will have the opportunity to practice the content presented.
