CRLT students had the opportunity to attend a presentation by Nancy Kosik on current Business Etiquette practices. Students learnt how to enter a group or conversation, establish personal presence, how to exit a group conversation to continue to mingle and manage and maximize the opportunities at a cocktail party. The seminar provided the students with crucial ‘out-of-the-office’ skills that are as equally crucial to success in business as being able to project manage.
